Shipping And Return Policy:
Important Notice: Due to internal processes, all custom-made and embroidery orders placed from 9/16- 10/26 will take up to 4 -6 weeks to process and ship. Special price items will ship in 2-3 days. Regarding all other items, please feel free contact us at info@classindancewear.com to confirm expected shipment date before placing your order. We thank you for your patience!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product up to 30 days for another one (one time only), be it similar or not. If the items vary in price, we will contact you for payment. We offer free shipping for your exchange items, but shipping label costs are covered by the customer. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original package. Items that have ripped-off tags or no tags will not be accepted for exchange. Please include written instructions about what you would like to be done with your exchanged items.
At this time, we only accommodate refunds on international returns. If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend sending your item back and placing a new order separately.
Items marked as ALL SPECIAL PRICE AND CUSTOM-MADE are not refundable or exchangeable.
All exchanges or returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will not accept a return without a RMA. To request an RMA, please email info@classindancewear.com or customerserice@classindancewear.com with order number before shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your request, we will email you with the next steps. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
